#62 Improved support for CVS in jedit

CVS support in jedit is needed. I know CVS sucks but it is widely used and in many cases changing the SCM is not an option.

There seems to exists CVS libraries for Java, e.g., http://javacvs.netbeans.org/library/ that possible could be used as a base for such a plugin.
