* you would like a link from entity reference to declaration
* hyperlinks are broken when you include files using entity references like in test_data/entities/book_index.docbook

One more suggestion. for <!ENTITY blah SYSTEM "someUrl"> it would be nice to
have someURL enabled by hyperlinks too! It seems to work if the thing starts with http:// but for local files it doesn't.

For the SYSTEM entity references, it would be more useful to jump directly to the actual file rather than the DTD definition.
For the others, jumping to the declaration would make sense.
And yes, plugin bug 1872 would need to be fixed first.
Implemented in [r24617]. Only lightly tested, so YMMV.

Glad it works. Hyperlinks on external entity declarations are implemented in [r24619].
