#1040 SideKick 0.7.5 popup should select first element

If you invoke SideKick completion, it should automatically select the first element, so if there is only one in the list or the first in the list is alright for you it should choose that upon pressing one of the accept keys.

    I have to make it an plugin setting whether the completion popup is
    active or not on automatic popup, but I have yet to do that.

    Thank you for reporting. Having a tracker item for that will remind me.

    Thanks for taking care. Anyway I think that autocompletion on space is also annoying and removing that would eliminate your const vs const_case annoyance :-)

    Added a new option in r13110.

    I set the 0.7.5 behavior as the default. You will have to check the new
    option after installing the next release.

    Removing completion on space helps some, but I was not satisfied,
    because similar problems had happened on ENTER; "in" at the end of line
    (in comments) became "inline".
