speaking of friendly messages,
how do optional dependencies appear in the plugin manager ?

XML plugins has an optional dependency on Beauty and Hyperlinks.
Is it showed to the user in a message like "you might be interested to
use XML plugin in conjunction with Beauty and Hyperlinks plugin" ?
