Thank you for your effort. It works now. Alas, the same thing happens with the beginning of line. ^ only works for beginning of buffer, not for beginning of line. I belive that the same bug "logic" is responsible for this :-) Eg. 2345 333452 33234 23334 with "^2" pattern only starting 2 on FIRST line will be matched and starting 2 on 4th line will not be matched. If you could fix this also, it would be much appreciated.
