Hi Tim, If you checked out the Sidekick source, there is a file named javacc-sidekick-howto.html that goes into some detail on making a Sidekick plugin based on a javacc grammar. It might be helpful to you. It's in svn at https://jedit.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/jedit/plugins/SideKick/trunk/javacc-sidekick-howto.html Dale Tim Pizey wrote: > Hi, > > I now have a plugin which loads, nearly. > > It is currently failing with > [main] [error] PluginJAR: Plugin has properties but does not extend EditPlugin: ClipsSideKickPlugin > > I notice that the CssPlugin does not have properties. > > When my plugin did not have properties that was an error. > > What I am trying to write is a little widget which will parse the current buffer > using the javacc grammar I already have and > display the parser output in a separate pane. > > Does that mean I should be extending EditPlugin? > > cheers > TimP > > > |
