For most dockables it works fine. But it doesn't close the Hypersearch dockable if it has the keyboard focus (immediately after the search). After clicking a search result the keyboard focus moves to the textarea and ESCAPE closes the Hypersearch dockable. Thanks! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Matthieu Casanova (kpouer) Date: 2008-06-05 23:54 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=285591 Originator: NO This one was not easy, here is the explanation When assigning escape shortcut to close-docking-area, it didn't work in the hypersearch result panel because the JTree has the focus, and "escape" keypress is assigned to "hideTip" action by the Swing framework. I removed this default assignment because nobody care hiding tooltips it is now fixed in trunk ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=100588&aid=1955140&group_id=588 |
