Summary: jEdit Help and Console frozen.  Compiler not working

Details: I have jEdit 3.0 on Win98 using Java(TM) 2 SDK, Standard Edition
Version 1.3.0.  I just downloaded the Console, ErrorList, EditBus and
JCompiler plugins and have no other plugins aside from what came with the
installation.  I restarted jEdit but when I tried to open Help it is
completely frozen and un-closeable.  jCompile opens but is also
frozen...same with the Console window.  Opening Help again just opens a new
frozen Help window.

I had the same problem here. After docking all plugins (no matter if
auto-open is enabled or not) everything works fine.
