Thank you, I finally did it.
The problem was I was also replacing the .jar in the lib directory of
the jruby tar.gz.
I'm running 4.3pre8.
Here's my output now:
-> puts $LOAD_PATH.join("\n")
So you should try use 4.3pre8.
