Camel case are the standard way to write various names in some languages like java
It is when you put an upper case in the middle of a word like this

EventListListener

if you activate this option when doing ctrl+left or ctrl+right the caret will stop before all upper case
If your caret is |

|EventListListener

press ctrl+right you will have your caret like this
Event|ListListener

next time
EventList|Listener 

next time
EventListListener|

if you don't activate the option the caret will immediately move to the end of the word.

In python people often use "snake_case" it is when you use a _ to separate words.
