File Components Preview available

A preview release of the JEDI Database Desktop file components package is now available for free download. This release includes the TDirectoryTreeView, TFileListbox and TFilterCombobox components known from the Delphi VCL. These components are written for CLX applications and therefor can be used in a cross-platform project.

As said before this is an untested preview release, so be careful when using this package. If you found any bugs please report them or even better submit a patch.

David Herring has developed a plugin for JEDI Database Desktop for importing an ASCII file into any Table.

Getting informed about CVS changes

If you want to be informed about the latest changes in the CVS repository, please subscribe to the <a href="http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/jedidbd-checkins>jedidbd-checkins mailing list</a>. For every commit to the CVS repository you will receive then a spearate eMail (please note that you also could get the post bundled together once a day by setting the "Set Digest Mode" option in the mailing list options)

Query Creator Plugin

JEDI Database Desktop 0.2.0.0 released

This will be the last version of JEDI Database Desktop with the current application design. Please note that this version still is very unfinished and might have a lot of bugs.
We'll now work on a complete redesign of JEDI Database Desktop so that it will be database independent and available for Win32 platforms and Linux. If you are interested joining our development team please contact one of the projects administrators.

New Pascal Code Generator Plugin available

New Plugin which extracts information from the current database table and produce a complete .PAS unit containing the code necessary to create the .dbf file and its indexes at run-time.
