I found a few bugs in a GUI. e.g. Tank Detail window has small heights of rows, Dive plan is corrupted in a small resolution, etc...
I think that major reason why we have this bugs is that we don't use any GUI builder.
I tried Jigloo (after my discussion with Pelmont) but it is not useful for our code (GUI builder display corupted or empty forms).
My opinion is that we should re-factor all windows (panels, forms) in a GUI builder.
I can do it step-by-step, but we need select one GUI builder what we will use.
If you agree with my opinion, can you help me with selection of the new GUI builder for Eclipse ?
GUI builder should:
- be stable (not experimental)
- support all features of SWING
- have intuitive interface
- be 100% integrated in Eclipse
- be free for non-commercial use
I think that GUI Builder in NetBeans is perfect, if you know some GUI builder like in NetBeans, it will be my choice number one.
