Where can I find these instructions, it seems that there is no such
thing as some INSTALL.windows file in the svn Tree. I could not find
anything on http://jdee.sourceforge.net/ either.

Yes, I have made this check, I wrote a piece of code in my init file to
remove from the load-path the cedet that is bundled with EMACS and add
the path to the one from repo.
PS: However, I did not updated the emacs autoload, I presumed that this
was done part of CEDET installer or that the function prototype have not
