jdec doesn't combine inner classes into its main class, it keeps them all seperated.

Example Java:
public final class R {
public static final class attr {
}
public static final class drawable {
public static final int icon=0x7f020000;
}
}

it stores each class inside its own file with the file naming scheme:
<class>$<inner class>.java
or
<class>$<some number>.java
