Changes from 0.2 to 0.3
* Introduced default dict server, www.dict.org.
* Fixed cumbersome formulation in CHARITY, where wasn't clearly stated
that the donations go to the charity organizations, and not to myself.

First CVS commit

Finally, I found some spare time to work on this project. Current CVS release implements simple, not quite tested, DEFINE functionality. You'll need Apache Jakarta Commons-lang and Log4j.

What is this going to be?

This is going to be an easy to use java interface for dict servers, such as one at http://dict.org

I'm going to privide command-line interface, GUI, servlet and bean for use withing JSP's. Also, different formatters for differend databases are in plan.
