#10 Tasks - Logging Statistics on tasks and batch processes

Introduce a new statistics feature that keeps track of different statistics on tasks, commands and the overall batch process. Log these to a statistics logfile and provide a way to attach it as an email attachment. Maybe an option to write it to the email notifications.

Now part of the JBJF 2.0.0 tasks. When the email is produced, the entire list of Tasks and execution times are part of the email body.
