CVS repository migrated to SVN

I thought it would be a good idea to convert the CVS repository over to Subversion before I started the "Jazz++ development revival".

First release after the fork, 4.1.1

I thought it might help to get people looking at it if they didn't have to deal with cvs, so I just tarred up a fresh cvs checkout and threw it up there. It works on 5 machines, at least. Those of us doing development. :) Come tell us if you have any problems and/or would like to contribute!

Jazz++ SourceForge Project Created

This SourceForge project has been created from the latest source of the Jazz++ Midi Sequencer (http://www.jazzware.com). Note that this project should currently be considered a fork. The original developers haven't been heard from in a while, but if they surface at some point, perhaps they will be willing to give this project non-fork status.
