As best as I can tell the method
javax.usb.UsbHostManager.getProperties() does not need to be
public. As a programmer using the USB interfaces, it doesn't benefit
me, it's just bloat on the public interface. An USB implementation
which might need configuration properties that it currently accesses
from UsbHostManager.getProperties() should just load them itself.
Mainly because any keys used by implementations are in a private
namespace, such as "com.ibm....". If each implementation is going
to have it's own custom configuration keys, then why expose those
keys to the user of the API?
