Thanks Bela for the clarification. I've been observing some potential issues by having these behaviors. 1. it doesn't look like the expired entries will ever written to the file, unless if there is a coordinator change after the entries actually expired. 2. on infinispan 7.1 startup, if there are dead coordinator entries, infinispan seems to be hung up on trying to contact the dead coordinator, w/ timeout and retries. It takes awhile to start because of this. Would it make sense to be able to configure scheduled writes in the coordinator? Is there a way to skip dead coordinators quickly?
