I'm back from holidays and will be working towards releasing version 1.0 of jASEN in the coming weeks. We had originally wanted to include a new SPF plugin in this release, however in the interest of getting a stable release out there we may be postponing this for a future release.

We are pleased to announce that the first public beta version of the jASEN engine is almost ready. We have been working hard to make sure the engine is up to date and ready for public use, and expect to make it available for download within the next 1-2 weeks.

Welcome to the jASEN project.

jASEN is a pure java anti spam engine intended for java developers wishing to integrate anti spam services into an existing (server based) java email application.

jASEN incorporates the latest anti spam techniques (including bayesian-like* scanning, HTML inspection, header analysis etc) and provides for the integration of 3rd party plugins.
