( /p1:/value $1, /p1:/value/get )

sets the value without any echo messages and sends out (/p1:/value/get $1) from the hub which then can be routed to the algorithm or received with jcom.receive if necessary. Aslo additional patching is required to update the interface. A bit awkward solution but works.
