* deal with the JACK incompatibility Paul introduced today
This version compiles and works with both the old jack_create_thread()
interface and the new jack_client_create_thread(). It should also
handle very old verions of JACK with neither (untested).
There is still a binary compatibility problem. If you upgrade to the
latest CVS JACK version, existing jamin binaries fail to load...
jamin: relocation error: jamin: undefined symbol: jack_create_thread
If that happens, you'll have to rebuild jamin completely using rc7,
with the full `./automake.sh && make && sudo make install' sequence.
I'm not happy about this, but at least it happened before I sent the
0.95.0 release message.
