Jabref currently imports the Pubmed ID but not the Pubmed Central ID.

Currently you can search Medline by PMCID, but the ID doesn't appear in the resulting Bibtex.

The PMCID is important for folks doing NIH funded work because it shows we have submitted the article to Pubmed Central as required.
