#753 Add gui like editor for export formats to webpage

Hello,
I developed an editor to create new export formats very easy. The editor is based on an open office calc spreadsheet and existing export filter rules. Now you only have to click together your export format. The editor allows for RTF as well as HTML Format. I included the most common format option. However it is easy to modify and include other formatting options. If macros are enabled you can save the new export format easily by clicking a button.

Now, I want to share my work and would be happy if you can add the tool to the ressources page
