#603 Suggestions re: groups

- Each group should have a number in brackets next to it which shows the number of entries in that group
- There should be an automatically generated group which shows all entries that have not been assigned to a group (e.g., "Uncategorized")

Regarding an 'uncategorised' group, you can already achieve this by selecting all groups (except the 'All entries' top group) and then choosing 'Union' and 'Inverted' in the group settings.

I have implemented a partial solution for your 'number in brackets' request - please see patch 2874008.
So far it only works for static groups. It is more difficult to implement for the dynamic group types.
