#283 group and subgroup moving by contextual menu

I start to use the group assigning feature of JabRef so
nice...

But I realise that the only way to move a group into a
subgroup (or the reverse) was to handle hardly by
moving the group in it new category with the computer
mouse...

I saw that it was possible by contextual menu tu modify
the status of a article easily so. I am not shure, but
I think that it should be easy to emplement this
fonction to group and subgroup administration???

You can rightclick the group and choose on of the operations under move.
