OK sorry, I was confused by the example http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/iup/examples/Lua/glcanvas.wlua What I was actually trying to do was to try and work out how to produce a Pie Chart as pplot, does not appear to do them, so I was looking to try and draw one manually. when I removed the require for luagl from the list the script failed so I mistakenly assumed it was dependant on it.
