Hi, can it be possible to send mail notification customized for specific activity by organization ?
I mean : in my company we have two different activities requiring help desk support, i would like to send a specific type of mail notification to users requests of the first activity and a  second type of mail notification for customers depending of the second activity. thanks for you help and replies.
