Users would like to see more details about attached files.
The scenario is: A user adds an attachment to a ticket. Later he (or another user) adds another attachment with same name. Now there are two attachments shown in the ticket with same name but there are no more details shown (like date/time, name of the user that uploaded the attachment) so we cannot distinguish between these attachments.
I realize that these details are not included in the data model.
Could be some attachment details added and displayed in some next version of iTop?

Another option is: iTop will not allow to attach more instances of a file with same name to the ticket.
