Work at SourceForge, help us to make it a better place! We have an immediate need for a Support Technician in our San Francisco or Denver office.
We just deployed iTALC 1.0.9 to a lab with 24 clients and one master computer. The 24 lab computers show up on the master when they start up, or are restarted. When they go into standby after 30 minutes, they expectedly lose connectivity. But, after they are awakened, they do not regain connectivity unless they are restarted.
We've opened TCP port 5900 on the master and client systems, and they have firewall exemptions for ICA.exe. The master can ping the clients, and vice-versa.
We have Faronics Core running on the clients in the lab, with Power Save. It controls the power settings for the lab clients.
I was handed iTALC 1.0.9 and told to install it. Would an upgrade to 1.0.13 possibly fix this? And, do both the clients and the master need to be upgraded if that is done?
Great thanks for any ideas you may have.
Oh, and: The clients and master are running Windows XP SP3. Sorry, forgot that rather important detail…
