  • Have you taken a look at the log files? Did you try latest version of iTALC 2.0.1?

I have a similar problem. The master (Server) is installed on a windows 7 32 bit machine, clients are all installed on 32 bit windows 7 machines. I was previously using an older version of italc 2.0.1 master and the version 2.0.0 of the client with the Babylon package option, however found the master to be very unstable, particularly with fast refresh rates. The latest 2.0.1 master has cured this problem.
I therefore took the decision to install the latest 2.0.1 client on the other PCs. Although initial tests looked ok, after a period of about 10 minutes the master PC just reported "connecting" when view live was selected. I have attached a log file from one of the client machines. For your information version 2.0.1 was installed at about 11.37 0n 24th Sept and 2.0.0 re-installed at 08.22 on 25th Sept.
