Seems to be not possible with the interface, in my
Win98SE, to put 3 characters beetween dots, but only 2.
I tried the english version.

I solved manually modifying the rules directly into the
registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software|PSMFirewall\Rules]
and I followed the structure. (Note: if you want to
test, you just remember to modify the "keys", not the
"values".)

"192.168.100.001|192.168.100.255|00001|01024|0|0"=""

192.168.100.001 is the first IP address
192.168.100.255 is the last IP address
00001 is the first port
01024 is the last port
0 seems to indicate TCP & UDP (type of port) but 1 and
2 don't do anything.

To modify permissions (ALLOW or DENY) I can do it in
the interface (by right-click in).

My compliments for this nice tool.
