What I do to look for errors is examine the error counters using either=20 ifconfig or better yet /sys/class/net/irda0/statistics and run irdadump and look for whether data is having to be retransmitted=20 all the time. When I was testing with my PDA, I saw that the stir4200 needed a=20 turnaround delay otherwise it couldn't go from transmitting to receiving fast enough. |
