Well, the description of it indicate that it has.

Your irdadump is too old (and I bet your IrDA stack as
well). But, what it shows is that the second IAS query fails because
the MCP2150 screw up its lsaps :

We open socket (1a:00), and the MCP2150 answer on socket
(19:00). That's definitely a violation of the IrDA spec and a bug in
the MCP2150. You will need to get those guys to fix their bugs.
