Hello, is there currently support in the firmware for supporting power management? Specifically: 1. How can the beacon be modified on-the-fly to support broadcasting a (D)TIM element? I tried sending a new beacon template to the firmware but it seems to be ignored once the firmware is up and running. 2. Once a STA has requested pending frames via PS-Poll, what is the Tx mechanism for sending the frames? I see that there appears to be a separate Tx queue for DTIM; how is this used? 3. What is the meaning of the interrupt status bit 'CX2_INTA_BIT_TX_DTIM'? I have already coded the support required in the driver: - queuing frames for 'sleeping' STAs - transmission of queued frames in response to PS-Poll However, without support from the firmware, I am unable to complete the power management implementation. Thank you for your excellent work so far; I'm looking forward to completing this important missing piece in the AP code. Thanks, Rick _________________________________________________________________ Stay in touch with old friends and meet new ones with Windows Live Spaces http://clk.atdmt.com/MSN/go/msnnkwsp0070000001msn/direct/01/?href=http://spaces.live.com/spacesapi.aspx?wx_action=create&wx_url=/friends.aspx&mkt=en-us |
