New User Authentication Failure

    Have a working IPPlan configuration that authenticates to LDAP server.  When I create a new user, authentication fails for the new user.  However, existing users authenticate with their LDAP credentials just fine.

    I create the new user account to match the LDAP account.  This should do the trick, right?

    Not sure how to troubleshoot this.  What do you suggest?
