#160 PHP deprecated functions

My server is running PHP 5.3.3 and I get errors on all the pages about deprecated functions . I made changes to the install script to get past them. To get it setup I disabled the output for "Unknown error" as these fill most of the page making is difficult to use ipplan. But they do need to be resolved as bad data could be stored / used.

    Hi.
    I have uploaded 3 files with that have been modified to work with php 5.3.3 , I have replaced the deprecated functions with equivalent functions the original code has been commented //deprecated

    I forgot to mention I'm using IPPlan v4.82 downloaded via http://iptrack.sourceforge.net/ipplan.tar.gz
