If you pass the "--with-openssl" variable to the configure script, CPPFLAS
ends up getting set to only the directory specified using "--with-openssl".

This is because there is a typo in the configure script:

if test "x$crypto_dir" != "x"; then
LIBS="$LIBS -L${crypto_dir}/lib"
CPPFLAGS="-I${crypto_dir}/include $CPPLAGS"
fi

Note the reference to the (undefined) variable "CPPLAGS" in the above
code.

    Thank you for the bug report. A fix has been committed to CVS HEAD branch and we'll be included in next major release of ipsec-tools.
