#551 ipodder tries to load twice

When I boot up, ipodder runs and goes in the system tay. Then it appears to try to run again and I get this error message

"Another copy of ipodder is running, please raise it, wait for it to complete or kill it"

After a few hours, if I try to right mouse button on the ipodder icon in the system try, it is totally unresponsive. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing but this has no effect and the problem still persists.

ipodder functions perfectly in all other respects.
