I had this happen once or twice in WinXP before and it
just happened again in Debian/Linux.
I tried to start iPodder today and got:
[<class 'ipodder.players.XMMSPlayer'>, <class
'ipodder.players.NoPlayer'>]

The iPodder GUI came up for a second and then the
program closed. The fix was to delete
~/.ipoddder/iPodder.db (In WinXP I had to delete the
same file as well)

Then the program would launch.

I am not sure what exactly became corrupted in the DB.
I have attached my list of Podcasts, incase one of
them caused the problem
