I just need to write the announce, add md5 and unhide the new package. A separate package will be available that allow anyone to update the timezone without installing 1.4.14 if he has concern with add-ons. This package would need to be installed 'by hand' (copy, tar zxf and a script will ./install) 1.4.14 update would do the same timezone update and far more. That's was short in time to make squid, snort update run smoothly but there was not only the timezone issue but security issues on squid and snort. Gilles |
