I notice that Olaf has suggested a fix for this on the Bug Tracker.
Any feedback? Is it good to include in 1.4.20?

I see a 80% (or better) chance that the patch is good.
However without a test I do not think we should include.
OTOH I have seen no report in the IPCop communities that regfish is
broken, this leads me to believe that there are very (very) few actually
