IntEnz release 82

A new release of the integrated enzyme database is available at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/intenz, which features the new subclass EC 4.7 Carbon-Phosporus Lyases.
NEW: the IntEnzXML files now include Rhea reactions in CMLReact.
