#1 CD cache to RAM failure

On all the systems where INSERT-1.2.17 is able to cache
CD to the RAM (128-512 MB), INSERT-1.2.18 failed every
time, saying the RAM size may not be large enough for
copying the CD.

This is also a bug (for versions 1.2.17) when CD has
been released (manually), shutdown process still asks
for the CD to be taken out and the return key be
pressed before powering off the system or rebooting.

The ideal process should be, if the "insert toram" boot
option is specified, CD should be automatically ejected
after copy-to-RAM completed, then the shutting down or
rebooting will not require a key to be pressed.

The very annoying bug in version 1.2.18 has been fixed and a
new ISO image has been silently uploaded.

The shutdown proccess will be rewritten to not stop and ask
for a key. This was known to not be in an optimal state.
