Is it possible to delete (or rename/edit) an exists connection in innotop?
I've read "perldoc innotop", but I cannot find a feature about this. How can I delete an exists connection?

gotit. edit ~/.innotop can solve this problem.
      Hmm.. a little strange.

To delete a connection, open your .innotop configuration file and just delete the line from the file.  It is not necessary to remove references to it; innotop will ignore any references to the removed connection when it reads the configuration file next time you start it.

I didn't write any feature to rename or edit connections.  You can edit the configuration file and do a search/replace.

It is ok now. But some tips by editing .innotop file is not well documented, maybe it can be added in the future?

Yes, my next project for innotop is documentation.  There is much to do!  I have written a lot about it in the past, on my blog and elsewhere, but a) it's out of date b) it's not good documentation in one place.

Documentation volunteer assistance would be great :-)
