Autoscrolling is irrelevant. GTK just drops events when mouse is outside a
window. I've spent a lot of time on this and I honestly don't know what to
do. Someone with fresh energy must attack it. The most annoying thing is
that Sodi does not suffer this malaise (reportedly).
