F12 Show/Hides all dialogs, but sometimes I just want do Show/Hides one of them and keep the others.

It would make sense to me. I think it is a good principle to utilize a shortcut as a toggle when it is never used for anything else, like the shortcut for opening a dialog in this example.
It also ties well in with the toggle principle behind commands like "Full screen" (F11)
