From Indic Unicode mailing list. Pl note the Indic sorting paper by Cathy (http://www.unicode.org/notes/tn1/). Post your opinion if there is any dicrepancy. I will be meeting her personally in Feb. (between 18 -20). If any of you have any issues in Indic sorting, please send me a detailed write-up. I will take it up with her.
