My ILISP does an ugly indentation for the labels keyword, e.g.
(defun proc (x)
(labels ((proc-with-long-name (x)
Does anyone have a patch correcting this? Or is there some switch to
change that behaviour?

ILISP isn't responsible for indentation. In order to get CL
specific forms indented correctly you must switch from a generic
Lisp indenter to cl-indent by setting lisp-indent-function to
common-lisp-indent-function. I suggest you do this via
lisp-mode-hook and make lisp-indent-function a local variable for
CL buffers before setting it.
