Hello I am new to this so I am not sure where to start.

I am having trouble accessing the site washingtonpost.com (208.185.109.100) I get the following error:

Your request for http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics could not be fulfilled, because the connection to www.washingtonpost.com (204.183.124.179) could not be established.

3.019 for windows
Windows Vista SP2
IE 9.0.12
Peerblock 1.1

Thank you for any help you can provide.

The error message indicates that Privoxy was actually allowing the connection but that it failed due to some kind of TCP/IP issue outside Privoxy's control. It's likely that it wouldn't have worked without Privoxy either.

A "firewall" could be the cause of the problem, so you might want to double check your Peerblock configuration to make sure that connections to 204.183.124.179 are allowed.
